This master-planned community site needed a redesign as the client was getting ready to begin selling properties. The goals were to optimize for mobile devices, provide detailed information such as floor plans and elevations (exteriors), and allow users to search for specific homes according to their needs. I used a fullscreen split panel layout to give the user a large and engaging area to view content and easy access to the search form and secondary information.

The site was launched in 2014 as part of a very successful grand opening. In 2015, it won for Best Website at the Excellence in Home Building Awards, BIA Bay Area.
